6 Decades in the Tax Business should make anyone shutter and yearn for a monthly retirement check. Not so for Angelo. At 81 and counting, Mr. Cogliano, also known to many of his friends and family as “Cigar Man”, is still going strong and running his own tax business in Ozone Park, where it has been located for over 25 years. Prior to that location, Angelo’s business was off Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, where he worked in the business with his attorney/accountant father beginning in the late 1940’s.
